麻州大學波士頓校區創立於西元1964年，全校目前約有
12,500名學生，是麻州大學五個校區中校園面積第二大的校區，由五個學院所組成，分別為College
of Arts and Sciences, College of Education, College of Management, College
of Nursing, College of Public and Community Services.
位於麻州東邊的哥倫比亞半島(Columbia
Point peninsula)，面對大西洋，UMASS-Boston與甘乃迪圖書館
( J.F.K. Library)合計佔地面積約為175英畝。學校位在Boston Downtown的南邊，開車距離約5~10分鐘左右可以到達市中心，搭乘捷運（T）紅線約十五分鐘可至。 校區主要由六棟建築物組成，分別為 Quinn Admin. Building, Healey Library, McCormack Hall, Science Center, Wheatley Hall 及Clark Athletic Center. 除Clark Athletic Center外，其他的建築由一個空中走廊 (Cat Walk)貫通。Check Campus Map Here. |
