In the girls' car after Six Flags...
Melissa- Isn't Greg just the sweetest guy ever?
Tory- Not nearly as hot and sweet as Chris!
Anna- Oh, you guys both know Frankie's the best...
Meagan- Nuh-uh, Ballinger is truly the best. He's got the whole Yankees thing goin'...
Amy- But you all have to agree Jesse's the cutest!
All five pause and admire the things they bought.
Anna, who's in the back middle, turns in her seat and looks out the back window.
Anna- Uh, you guys, there's a red convertible following us...
Meagan- Hmm...let's try turning here- we'll take a shortcut to the hotel.
They make a turn, but the red convertible (which was Dream Street's, but the girls didn't know it) turns also.
Tory- Dude! We have to shake 'em off!
Melissa- I have an idea! Let's make a side-trip to Wal-Mart to buy their CD!
Meagan- Good idea! A red convertible won't turn into Wal Mart...but wait, neither would a Diablo...
Tory- Just do it!
Meagan- Like Nike!
Tory shakes her head, looking in her rearview mirror as Meagan turns into the parking lot. The girls go in and buy a copy of the CD, then head back out to the car.
Of course, the convertible is no longer following them.
Meagan- Yeah! I knew they had a somg called "It Happens Every Time"!
Amy- Oh yeah...from RADIO DISNEY!!
The other four look at her strangely.
Amy- Oh...uh...my little sister likes it. You know those little sisters...
Tory- Uh...you don't have a little sister.
Amy- Right...anyways, I always wondered, what happens every time?
Anna- It's the title of the song, stupid.
Amy- Ooooooohhhhhh...I see.
They get back to the hotel, only to find the red convertible parked right under their window! They all scream and run up to their room on the 8th floor.

Meanwhile, the boys are in their hotel room (which just so happened to be right across the hall from the girls' room)...
Chris- Dude, I miss Tory already...
Greg- Me too...
Chris- What?!
Greg- I meant Melissa. Geez...
Matt- Meagan's so cool...and fun...and she's got that whole Yankee thing goin'...
Frankie- We should call them all soon! I need to talk to Anna!
Jesse- I miss Amy too...
Matt is looking out the window.
Matt- Ah! You guys...John's car just went by really slowly! He's trackin' us down!

The girls are up in their hotel room talking in a huddle about the convertible that was following them.
Meagan- That's really scary, guys...
Amy- ...yeah. (There is a short pause) I'm hungry!
Anna- (under her breath) What else is new?
Tory- Me too!
Melissa- There are vending machines down the hall in the little room.
Amy- Let's go, Tor!
Amy and Tory open the hotel door and see that the keys of the door across from theirs are still in the lock.
Amy- Ooh! Let's snoop!
They both creep up to the keys.
'MY RED CONVERTIBLE' was written on one (dun dun dun)...
The both look at each other and run back into their room.

Right after this, the guys are still talking.
Matt- Ok, where are my keys?
Chris- Jesse had to open the door with 'em...I guess they're still there.
Matt- AH! They could get stolen! Jesse, you get those keys right this second!
Jesse- Ok, ok...
Jesse goes out and gets the keys just as the door across the hall slams shut.

Tory- THE PEOPLE WHO WERE FOLLOWING US ARE RIGHT ACROSS THE HALL!
Amy- WE SAW THE KEY FOR THE RED CONVERTIBLE! COME LOOK FOR YOURSELF!
They all run to the door, but the keys are gone from the lock.
Anna- You lie!
Meagan- Tory, you're a spaz! And Amy...you're an idiot!
Melissa- Yeah, thanks for making me get up for nothing.
Tory- I'm telling you, it was there!
Anna, Meagan, Melissa- Whatever.
Amy and Tory sigh loudly before going to get their candy bar from the vending machines.

Meanwhile, Matt is still worried about his car.
Matt- Grr! I am not gonna go move my car...Chris, you do it.
Chris- Fine...Jess, come with.
Chris and Jesse pass by the vending machine room without realizing Tory and Amy were in there.
Greg didn't know where Chris and Jesse were going, so he runs up the stair and catches them right after they pass the vending machine room, where Tory and Amy are arguing over what to get with their dollar.
Amy and Tory stop talking when they hear voices outside:
"Where are you guys going?"
Greg was the one whispering, being that it was so late at night. (Keep in mind, the girls couldn't tell who was talking by the whispers)
Chris- (whispering) We're moving the convertible so they don't see it!
Tory and Amy gasp, not daring to turn around.
The guys leave.
Tory- Come on, let's go back to the room! We have to get out of here!
Amy- No! Let's follow 'em!
Tory- Is that such a smart idea?
Amy- Don't worry, I watch 'Harriet the Spy' all the time. I'm a pro!
They go outside (to the music theme from Mission Impossible) to the parking lot where Chris and Jesse are just stepping into the car to move it.
Amy and Tory- IT'S YOU!!!
Tory and Amy run up and give their guys huge hugs.
Tory- Just couldn't stay away from us, aye?
Amy- So you followed us to the hotel!
Chris- Well, half of that is right- the part about us not staying away…(he winks)
Jesse- But the other half isn't right. We're staying here too.
Chris- Our studio is right across the street…
Tory and Amy- No way!
Tory- So if you guys are staying here, then your hotel room is right across from ours! It all makes sense now!
Amy- Oo cool!
Chris- What makes sense?
Tory and Amy- Loooooooooooong story…
They laugh.
Chris- Ok, then…we'll just move the car.
Chris moves the car, and the two couples decide to go play some video games in the lobby before going back up to their rooms.

In the girls' room…
Melissa- Man, Tory and Amy have been gone for a long time!
Meagan- Yeah, how long does it take to get one frickin' candy bar?
Anna- I'll go see if they're at the vending machines.
Anna goes to the machine to find out Tory and Amy aren't there.
She runs back to the room just as Melissa noticed the red convertible was gone…
Anna- They aren't there!
Melissa- Neither is the red convertible!
Meagan- What if they were kidnapped by the red convertible people?!
The girls gasp and look at each other…

Meanwhile…
Greg- Man, what's taking Chris and Jesse so long?
Matt- I dunno. (he runs to the window) My car isn't there! Those rats! They stole it!
Frankie- Or someone else did!
They all look at each other and gasp…
"JOHN!!"

***

The guys and girls in the rooms decide to leave to see what's going on with the car and they leave just at the time so that they just miss each other, the guys taking the stairs and the girls taking the elevator.
The games that Chris, Tory, Amy, and Jesse were playing were right in between where the stairs and elevator come out.
They all meet up at the same time and everybody yells…
"IT'S YOU!"
The old ladies watching the late night cooking show on the TV in the lobby tell them all to shut up, there are trying to watch Diane Wolfe make a Butterscotch Pudding upside down cake.
All the girls and guys laugh.
Tory- Dude, you guys! You will not believe this!
Amy- The guys are staying in the room right across from ours!
Meagan- What about the red convertible?
Matt- Red convertible?! That's mine! (to Chris and Jesse) What did you do to it you rats?!
Chris- Settle down, boy! We moved it to the back!
Anna- Why did you move it to the back anyway?
Melissa- Yeah, we thought Tor and Amy had been kidnapped by the red convertible that was following us to the hotel!
Greg- They were moving it so John wouldn't find us!
Just then, the familiar faggish scent filled the air. The all turn around as if in slow motion to see John walking in the front doors!
Frankie- IT'S JOHN! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!
They all pile into the elevator, followed by the sounds of the old ladies yelling to tell them to shut up. They could also hear John yelling…
John- WAIT!!!
But the doors of the elevator close and they all return safely to the 8th floor, glad to be alive…
