Future Interstate 130 runs along Arkansas State Route 245 at Texarkana. The AR St Rt 245 loop will be I-130 when it is completed. The designation was recived from the AASHO in their Fall 2000 meeting. This will eventually become part of a overall highway between Kansas City and Shreveport.
