Age: 16 Living next to the Starks' new house is Judy's family. Judy is a lonely girl who longs for love and attention. She loves her father dearly and hopes to maintain their close relationship as long as she could. However, as she grows older, her father begins to feel embarrassed. He ignores her over-passionate gestures and calls her a "dirty tramp". He even slaps her on the face when she gives him a kiss on the cheek at the dinner table. Lonely and heartbroken, Judy seeks company and attention from a gang at school. She imitates their bullying and unfriendly behaviors and tries to fit in. After "boyfriend" Buzz is killed in the "chickie run", she finds herself attracted to Jim, a new kid whom the gang was picking on earlier in the day. His sincerity and kindness has won the poor girl's heart. All of a sudden, he becomes a person she can trust and depend on, to love and to be loved--something that she is unable to find at home. This is what she has been longing for: love and attention. Along with another lonely kid Plato, the threesome bonds together and forms an unique and happy "family" in a vacant mansion. Sadly, their new-found happiness does not last long. Another unexpected tragedy is already waiting ahead of them... |
