Highly skilled semiconductor engineer, with experience in Scientific researches in Semiconductor Physics and Technology, Laser Physics and Technology for Microelectronics and Optoelectronics, namely: Molecular Beam Epitaxy, Laser Assisted Epitaxy and Deposition, Ultra High Vacuum equipment, scientific equipment for Mass and Auger Spectrometry, Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction, Photoluminescence of semiconductors, Laser produced plasma characterization, Laser Applications in the Industry and  Medicine; Electromagnetic Compatibility, Electronics, 38 scientific publications. Conducted research in semiconductor and laser technologies.
