EUGENIO GONZALO

Between his world wide tours, Classic guitarist, Eugenio Gonzalo seves as Professor of his instrument at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid, where he scored brilliantly as a student there himselft. A native-born Madrileño, Eugenio Gonzalo has performed in recital and as solist with orchestras on both sides of the Atlantic and Pacific.

His advanced studies were with Andrés Segovia. In 1967 he won first prize at the Internacional Guitar Competition in Benicasim.

Eugenio Gonzalo´s most recent extended tours have been throughout the United States, Europe, Republic of China, Japan, Korea and the Near-East.
