Located at the Friendship House on Fraser street. Here's where Prince Rupert residents can learn about using the Internet to create a personal or business presense. It's where you can affordably learn that the Internet is not just a tool, but a technology that is empowering and transforming.

Whether you very little about computers or you are a computer "geek". We have something to offer everyone in the community. The way we live and work together is rapidly changing. The Access Center (a non-profit organization) in partnership with Industry Canada is here to help you understand, cope, and become an intregal part of that change.

We offer:

Internet Access.

Computer and Internet Courses

Personal one on one Computer/Internet Instruction.

Personal and Business Web Page Design.

Free Web Pages for Non-Profit Organizations.

Communities are discovering they can use the Internet to do things they couldn't do before: upgrade traditional small firms into global ventures, engage in international market research, facilitate trade, conduct electronic commerce, transform their communities, redefine  traditional 'middleman' functions and network with suppliers and customers around the world. But there are secrets to be learned.
