Toon Zone - Features interactive send-ups of all of your favorite sci-fi shows and movies. Daily contest to submit the punch-line to the featured comic.
User Friendly- What do you get when you put three techs, two salespeople, a designer, two executives and a couple of administrative staff together in an office? Answer: Columbia Internet, the friendliest, hardest-working and most neurotic little Internet Service Provider in the world. Throw in a mischievous Artificial Intelligence and a naive but curious Dust Puppy, and you have the makings of USER FRIENDLY, the chronicle of a group of well-meaning but misguided Internet workers.
ARGON ZARK - Charley Parker's virtual comic book takes comic art to a new level - using the computer to build amazing frames. Great "how I did it" info!
Bruno - by Christopher Baldwin
This one may not be for everyone... it's a little bit gothic, existentialist, Gen-X, and even naughty, but Bruno and the ensemble are REAL people! You would not necessarily want Bruno to be your daughter, but you may recognize her as someone elses!
Helen: Sweetheart of the Internet - the geek's goddess!
The strip is about the "glamour" of the information age. The title character is a beautiful and brilliant computer geek named Helen Nichols, who at 24 runs the information systems department of a large company. Helen, her friends and co-workers inhabit an intense world where humor is as necessary as a good LAN.
Bruno the Bandit- It's about a scoundrel that you just can't help liking ... set in a fantasy world with dragons, magicians, etc.
You discover sometime later - there's some fairly biting social commentary going on.
Free Fall- A defunct starship, a not-so-bright robot named Helix, Sam the captain (whose ethics leave something to be desired), and a delightfully female Bowman's wolf engineer named Florence. Always a laugh
Sluggy Freelance- This one kind of veers all over the place ... with an ensemble of Torg, a freelance web page designer... Riff, a cyber-slacker ... Zoe, a hapless maiden ... a dead-on satire of Dr. Laura ... Bun-bun, a cute lop-eared bunny with an ATTITUDE ... and the Alien from the movies!
