Basic Shapes with Photoshop

This first shape is done very easily by going to
the tool, and choosing rectangular under
shapes. Then drag while holding the shift key.  Then

Edit>Stroke> Select amount of pixels>Enter

This second shape is done very easily by going to
the tool, and choosing elliptical under
shapes. Then drag while holding the shift key.  Then

Edit>Stroke>Enter width under pixles>Enter
