TAKE A COUPLE POUNDS OF THE CRITTER AND SLICE IT INTO THIN STRIPS....AGAINST THE GRAIN...MAKES IT TENDER THAT WAY.....

MY DOGS LIKE MOOSE OR VENISION....BUT IF'N YOU HAVEN'T HIT ONE LATELY, STEAK WILL DO.

PLACE THE STRIPS ON SOME COOKIE SHEETS AND SPRINKLE WITH GARLIC POWDER.

BAKE IN A 325 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT 35 MINUTES....TURNING STRIPS OVER HALFWAY DURING THE COOKING TIME.

FREEZE IN ZIPLOCKS IN SMALL PACKAGES TO USE AS TREATS OR TRAINING BAIT.
