I have lived all over the US, as my father was in the military, and shortly before he retired, I married a man in the Navy. I have had the wonderful opportunity to see almost every state in the United States,with the exception of the New England states, (no offense,Uncle Sam just never sent us there).

I have only recently become a regular on the net, (within the last two years) and this was largely for college courses I was taking and to use email. During my last semester of college, I had a few extra credits and decided to take Web Page Design, HTML, and Java Scripting classes. Little did I know this would be the beginning of something I would truly enjoy.

I joined GeoCities December 1998, and began working with the GeoBuilder program, having absolutely no idea how to develop a web page. I chose the Paris community for my humble abode, due to my love for the written word. Through many long hours, several classes, and a few frustrating tears, I began to understand and love working in web design.

After designing, re-designing and once again designing, my site, I decided to brave exposure and apply for a position as a Paris Community Leader. And I am thrilled to have been accepted into the best group of Community Leaders on the web.

Currently I am helping in Les Anges de Paris program, and while I have been in Paris a short time, I am looking forward to continuing my work, and becoming more involved in the community.
