Some tube pictures
ELL80 |
This one is from my Grundig 5490. Two audio output pentodes are packed in a noval tube. Each one could deliver 3W of audio power. This tube is quite scarse and one of the two ELL80 of my Grundig set was replaced by a couple of EL95/6DL5. Thanks to Gerard Tel who provided me with two spare ELL80. The ELL80 should be equivalent to a 6HU8. |
DAF92 |
This one is from a battery set that I broke when I was young. It is a directly heated diode-pentode. The diode part can be seen on the top half of the tube. The 50 mA heater is visible between the diode and the pentode part. The DAF92 is also known as 1U5. |
EM34 |
This one is from my Telefunken Adagio. The triode part is in the middle and the target is at the top. The EM34 should be equivalent to a 6CD7. |
150CAB22 |
This small color picture tube was in a now defunct miniature tv set made by Orion in 1984. The screen diagonal is 15 cm (~6 inches) wide. The dot pitch is about 0.5 mm. |
