What is Bark Avenue?
Bark Avenue is a non-profit organization dedicated to conducting pet-assisted therapy; the sensory and social interaction of friendly, trained therapeutic dog/handler teams with people who may be isolated due to age, illness or disability.
In addition, Bark Avenue promotes responsible dog ownership with community events to increase public awareness of the positive activities and relationships people can have with dogs.
