Hazel's Journal

June 6, 1997

The carpet isn't terribly good today. One of the slaves must have vaccuumed. I'm not picking up even the faintest smell of raisins. What a way to ruin a bunn's day! I had to do something to entertain myself between meals, so, after chewing a few holes in one of the main slave's socks, I chased Saturn around. She doesn't need that much territory, anyway.

While I was researching great rabbit web sites, my slave brought me a piece of apricot. I'll have to remember to chase Saturn around more often! Maybe the slave will give me raisins next time!

I found this pretty cool web page that has carrot pictures all over it. The head slave complained that I drooled on the keyboard, so I think she blocked me out of the site. I'm going to try to get past the security . . . there has to be a way around it!

There are some really great herb sites out there on The Internet, too! I especially like the ones with photos of the herbs!

You know, the past few days, there have been a lot of thunderstorms around here. Do any of you other bunnies out there on the 'net really not like thunder? It always catches me by surprise.

Sometimes, I thump so much during a storm that the slaves all get mad at me and tell me to be quiet. All except one, that is. She pets me even more when I thump and tells me that it's nothing to be afraid of. That's why Saturn and I made her the head slave (that, and she feeds us, too -- that was a pretty big part of it!).

Yes, Saturn and I actually make decisions together sometimes (when it is mutually beneficial).

Sometimes we'll plan pranks together, too! The slaves think we're all cute and innocent, then I'll distract all of the slaves while Saturn gets something that she wants. You know, she's still young, so she needs all of the help she can get!

(Yawn) It's time for my nap. This ergonomic keyboard makes the best bed!
G'nite!
