Chatters from the Coolchat 40 Something and J rooms met in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Some of those chatters also chat in Paltalk now or the Maui II room at LiveChat. Several of these folks are refugees from the old Maui Over 30 Chatroom.
LANSING, MICHIGAN May 7-8, 1999
When Lady C came back to Michigan to visit her family, it was a great excuse for another gathering of the Michigan area Maui Over 30 Chatroom group. Unfortunately, this chatroom closed for good a few weeks later.

The Dallas-Ft.Worth area was a great place for a gathering of 6 of us from Texas, Wisconsin and Michigan!

In January 1998, the Michigan gang got together again to watch the video of Mr. and Mrs. Red Baron's wedding. We also held a surprise birthday party for Lady C!

In November 1997, several of the Michigan gang got together in Ann Arbor at Blue Eyes' house for some real life chat.
CHIGAGO, ILLINOIS October 1997
Lady C, JABS and myself met Graeme for a 4-hour layover at O'Hare Airport as he passed thru on his way from London, England, to visit friends in Iowa. After we sent Graeme on his way, we ladies went shopping and touring Chicago. Lady C and I also made a side trip up to Wisconsin to have dinner with Tooty.
FRANKENMUTH, MICHIGAN September 1997
In September 1997, a group of 7 of us Maui Over 30 Chatroom chatters from the mid-Michigan area met one afternoon in the Bavarian-style town of Frankenmuth, MI. We spent time getting to know one another and all went out to dinner at the Bavarian Inn.
MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN June 1997
In June 1997 a group of 5 of us Maui Over 30 Chatroom chatters met in Milwaukee, WI, to attend SummerFest there. On my drive back home I stopped in Chicago to meet JABS, yet another chat friend.
SANDUSKY, OHIO January 1997
In January 1997 I met several of the Maui Over 30 Chatroom gang at a real life gathering at the Radisson Harbor Inn in Sandusky, Ohio. About 20 of us met and had a wonderful time together!
OTHER MEETINGS WITH MY CHATBUDDIES
Besides attending group gatherings of chatters, I enjoy visiting some special chat friends as I find myself in their area of the country. I hope my many friends will feel welcome to visit me too if they ever pass my way. Turning chat friends into real life friends is a wonderful experience!
