Received a Good Conduct Medal and American Theater Ribbon. Honorable Discharge.

She was a heavy smoker most of her life. Suffered several times with kidney stones and operated on once to remove a large one the size of a pinto bean. Had seven heart attacks. The last of which was the cause of her death.
