                        Additions In Tenth Issue

This webpage has been introduced from eighth issue onwards. This will

notify all those references [not formatted] which will be included n the next

addition of this e-book until the very next issue/update of the Bibliography

appears. That is, at present it includes all the references of the ninth issue

and when tenth issue will be ready to be uploaded this web page will

contain replaced references of the tenth issue.

In brief, these references will be placed on separate alphabetical

author reference web pages at their appropriate index places in violet color.

All should note that from this issue onwards, several publications are

supported with hyperlinks [mentioned as Electronic Resource or ER etc].

It will facilitate opening of the concerned web pages / will directly lead

to the concerned publication. Attempts are being made so that several

references would be hyperlinked in this e-book.

Authors cooperation in setting hyperlinks to their own publications shall

also be highly appreciated. One should carefully remember to type these

hyperlinked addresses in their browsers without leaving any space

(some of the hyperlinks are broken to next line, they should be brought together).
