This is my 1999 red SVT Ford Mustang Cobra convertible! It has a 325 hp 32 valve 4.6liter V-8 hand-built engine and a macho 5 speed transmission for serious driving FUN. Its fire engine red clearcoat color . It has all the accouterments -- black leather interior; independent rear suspension; rack and pinion steering; all-speed raction control; power 4-wheel ABS; cruise control; air conditioning; stainless steel dual exhaust; remote keyless entry; power black convertible top, windows, doors, mirrors; single wing rear spoiler; Mach 460 eight speaker AM/FM/CD/cassette sound system; tinted glass; and a 6-way power driver seat.

To a bug, its a fire-brathing, lightning quick brute blender!

The hand-built 1999 SVT Cobra V-8 is a quintessential high performance powerplant that produces goosebumps and instant power surges like a mega-voltage strike of lightning. Its muscle 325 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 317 lb/ft of torque at 4,750 rpm make it a world class road monster. Its thrilling acceleration from a standstill to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds and from 0 to 100 in 5.4 seconds invites excesses of exuberance. Its quarter mile in 13.8 seconds and 160 mph speeds can rip your button down collar loose. And with the ragtop down, the torrents of furious wind rage by our heads like the best roller coasters. The Cobra is a great answer to those who wonder "How much fun can a sports car be?"

The Cobra's all-speed Traction Control relaxes the throttle, retards engine timing, and applies the ABS brakes to spinning wheels to keep control. Its 17 inch five-spoke aluminum-alloy wheels wear the wide sticky 245/45-17 tires which glue it to the road. .
