Surveyed for John Bracher and Joseph Richardson afs. of James Roberts 114 acres of land by virtue of a Certificate Granted By the County Court No. 225 Situate lying and being in the County of Pulaski and on Yorbus Creek near the mouth Begining on a Birch and Hackberry thence S28 E42 poles to three Birches S85 W64 poles to a red Oak and Cureumber tree o the Creek Bank S75 W150 poles to an ash Walnut and Birch thence S50 W40 poles to a lynn and Birch S78 W24 poles to the Mouth of the Creek where stands a Sycamore on the Bank. Meandering the Creek part of the way thence N21 W80 poles to a Spanish Oak and three Birches thence N81 E36 poles to the Begining.
