the 1800s.
JOHN WEBB married (poss.) MATILDA (maiden name unknown) and had a daughter, LULA WEBB
SKAGGS (SCAGGS) born in JOHNSON CO, KY in about 1885. Lula married JAMES "Blain"
SKAGGS (SCAGGS) in Greenup Co, Ky in 1907. Both John and Matilda Webb, as well as Blais
parents, are listed on Lula's Marriage Certificate as having been born in Kentucky (no
county).
J.G. "Doc" Webb married LORENE GILBERT (b. 1900), both from Greenup Co, Ky. They
settled in SCIOTO CO, OH in the early 1900s, living on "Haystack Hill" in
