Introducing, Louisiana Purchase - The Restaurant! Opening in early summer 2002, in Los Angeles, California. Featuring regional creole and cajun based specialties from South Louisiana, get ready for an original dining experience.

At lunch, our "New Orleans Lunchroom" features all of our favorites... hot bowls of Gumbo, Chicken and Andouille Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, White Beans with Ham, Fried Shrimp and Oyster Poboys and warm Maple Bread Pudding. During the evening hours, our dining room transforms itself into an oasis of Louisiana's finest restaurants, all rolled into one. Catfish Pecan, Crawfish Etoufee, Shrimp Creole, Blackened Drum and Flaming Banas Foster. Apple smoked Pork Chops with Oyster Dressing, Fried Shrimp topped with Lump Crabmeat and creamy pastas
