Perhaps all good things must come to an end.

After about 14 years (fourteen years, that's since 1995, since the beginning of the web as we know it today!!!) of hosting my and other's homepages, Yahoo has decided to send one of the very first homepage communities, GeoCities, to the grave in October 2009. Even though I should perhaps have put more energy and time into this project - especially during the last years - I am quite sad.

Yahoo offers their GeoCities customers a new home for a monthly rent of USD 10^*. This I find unacceptable - especially, because

of the kind of service offered
I already have another host where I am paying less for better service

Therefore I decided to temporarily move all the contents of this homepage to the following address:
