Hand Made Pottery
Dave Francke is his name, pottery is his game! Dave's lovely blue and white pottery is thrown on a pottery wheel on the north shore of St. Thomas, where he works under the trees. The fish and shells are his trademark motif, reminiscent of lazy days swimming in the Caribbean. All pieces are food-safe and dishwasher-safe. Start a collection or add to one - this pottery is gorgeous in any setting. Each piece is individually signed by Dave, so you always know you have a Francke original.
puffpot2.jpg (213388 bytes) "A kitten by any other name would smell as sweet" - or maybe not!  Anyway, Ms. Puff loves smelling the potpourri cleverly displayed in one of Dave's salsa bowls.  They're also perfectly appropriate for a serving of kitten chow - hmmm, maybe that's what she's waiting for.

Dinner Plate
Approximately 10-l/2" in diameter, the plate is designed for ample portions. The slightly raised lip discourages runaway food (something Dave' s never forgotten from his childhood!) and is right at home at either family suppers or formal dinners. Load it with ribs or lace it with veal piccata - it's perfect whatever the menu.

Price: $36.00 ea. or 4/$120.00

HINT: Pair the dinner plate with Paul Landry's 8" round glass plate in cobalt as a salad plate - food service becomes art!

It's a stunning combination!

Large Platter
Same shape and design as the dinner plate, the platter measures approximately 14-l/2" in diameter and holds plenty of whatever you're serving, from carved meats to sliced tomatoes. The raised lip prevents accumulated liquids from ruining a perfectly good tablecloth. Display it between uses - it's an eye-catching beauty.
