Good time in Bali
After 7 years since our honeymoon, Rosa and I went back to one of our most loved islands – Bali. It was still exciting to re-visit Bali because this time we went to learn to fly – check out the paragliding link at the bottom of the page.
On June 23, 2002, we flew directly from Hong Kong to Denpasar. In the next 10 days, we would stay in the south tip of this Island of Gods. We first checked in the Bali Cliff Resort Hotel.
The hotel was nice and had a spectacular view as it was built on the edge of a cliff facing the Indian Ocean. The hotel however was not kept in its best condition. After 2 days, we decided to move to Nusa Dua. Nusa Dua was the same paradise as we visited it 7 years ago: hundreds-of-meter long quiet golden beach, tall palm trees, green lawn, and non-stop warm sea breeze cooling the sun to just the right temperature. Most unbelievable was that there was not a piece of garbage or dead leave anywhere in whole lush resort area.
