Welcome to our section on "Famous and Notable Beasleys", in honor of Beasley (all spellings) kinfolk who have earned their mark in government, the arts, business and industry, education, entertainment, military service, science, sports and other fields of endeavor. This site is for those kin who have earned our respect and admiration, whether that be on a national scale or just prominence in one community. For those of you who have often asked the question of whether you might be related to anyone famous -- or at least who share your same name, this site will help with some answers.
If you have ever wondered if you have any Beasley, Beesley, Beazley, Beezley (and all the other spellings) kinfolk, then this is for you.
The most famous Beasleys have been in government service: one has been elected as a governor and another as lieutenant governor. Several have served in state legislatures and other elected offices.

n addition to politics, there are many Beasleys (and descendants) who have made their mark in the fields of entertainment such as motion pictures and television actors and actresses, writers, directors and producers. Still other kin have achieved prominence in education, the arts, journalism, sports, medicine, military service, religion and other endeavors.If you have information on a Beasley relative who became well-known (in any state or nation), please send us a copy of it, along with any sources for the information (book, magazine, newspaper, etc.) to preserve in the Family Library.
