M.L.'s "NASCAR Flags"

WHAT DO RACING FLAGS MEAN?

What NASCAR says :                                                        What Race Views says:

Start of the event or a restart after a caution period. Start or restart or the beginning of another multi-car crash caused by a one-lap shootout.
Move over. Indicates a faster car is overtaking the car being signaled and the car being signaled should consider allowing the pass. Since the flag is voluntary it has no meaning whatsoever. NASCAR uses it because they get paid to use blue/yellow flags.
Caution, slow and hold position. Indicates an unsafe condition on the race track. Drivers are required to slow down and maintain their position. Cars may not pass under the yellow flag. Indicates you are probably running on one of the tracks owned by Bruton Smith. Unsafe at any speed. It also means race like hell back to theStart/Finish line to make up your lost laps.
Oil on track. Indicates unsafe surface condition. Oil on track. Indicates one of those NASCAR/Fords upchucked it’s lunch on the track, again.
Indicates the car being signaled must go immediately to the pit area for consultation. The scoring of any car that ignores the black flag will be discontinued. Means very little. The car has 3 laps to respond to the flag and if they don’t come in after 3 laps, their scoring is ended.
Stop. Indicates the complete stoppage of the race due to some unsafe condition. Refer to the yellow flag rule.
Entering last lap. Indicates to the drivers they have started their last lap. Entering the last lap. Why isn't this flag used earlier for some teams who will never finish the race?
Indicates the completion of the race. O.K with me.
