We knew this all-American girl was special the day she was
born and she has proven that we were correct in that belief. Classy lived
and traveled "cross country" with previous co-owners, Donna Aucoin and Lee
Gimlin for most of her first two years. During that time she was exclusively
owner-handled by Donna. Together Donna and Classy earned all of the required
minor points needed for her championship. Classy garnered multiple Best Of
Breed and Best Of Opposite Sex awards, with placements over top quality specials
from the puppy classes. We extend our appreciation to Donna and Lee for their
loving care of Classy during the time she spent with them.

Classy has rejoined the Mija Basenji family.
In November of 1998 she presented us with a very promising litter sired by
Ch. Nyota's Chariot of Fire. Be sure to watch for their puppy in the show ring this summer. He is:

Classy returned to the ring in the capable hands of handler,
Frank Murphy, shortly after weaning her puppies. Classy finshed her championship
in one weekend with back-to-back majors! What a fitting finish for our girl.
Classy and Frank will be making "Special" appearances in the ring shortly.
