It did more damage than the fall. I now have to use a cane to keep my balance. So I too have learned to find things to do sitting down. My favorite is sewing and crafts. All I have to do is use my elbow to work the foot peddle. It works great.(Adaptive measures.) Thanks for the encouragment!!! |
