As one of the few (if not only) non-band entertainment to appear semi-regularly at the Snook Inn in Brooklyn, it's pretty much become my home on the weekends. That and the surrounding area of the Wicked Monk and Bar One. I'm doing the independent band scene a great disservice with this next line, but I have to admit that I will *only* see cover bands or 50/50 cover/original bands. That said, RUN, don't walk the next time either Hair Of The Dog or Channeling Jim is playin in your area. Trust me -- it'll be worth the show.
