Jennifer Jensen's Nutrition Power
is a resource for HIV nutrition information and advice. As such, it is also a memorial to the life and work of Jennifer Jensen, MS, MBA, RD, who specialized in HIV/AIDS nutrition for 12 years, counseling clients in her private practice, speaking to groups around the country, and writing for several publications. Under the moniker Nutrition Power Headquarters this site contains many of Jennifer's articles and also hosts a Virtual Faculty of experts to answer questions online about the nutritional aspects, therapies, and coping strategies for living with HIV or AIDS.
Other pages on this site contain tributes to Jennifer from family, friends, and colleagues, as well as vignettes from her life, both professional and personal. We miss her. But the work that she did in the service of others is continued and expanded on this website for the simple reason that....
