Here's one on the cross country course. The cross country sets out to simulate driving conditions that may be encountered on the tracks in the high country (that's trails for Americans!). The course is designed to test a drivers ability to pick the best line through the obstacles which also test the vehicles wheel travel and articulation. Slowest time wins (penalty for stopping though!)

Note the sponsor's banner in the background. ARB, makers of some of the best off-road products (including air lockers!) provided some of the prizes. Prizes worth thousands of dollars were presented at the end of the events.
