A little project I'm building. I was quite impressed by this tiny Via C3 system board I saw online. It's not a high powered sort of machine, but it is TINY. Anyway I'm thinking, that would be cool in a custom built case, with tinted perspex, nice polished timber and a few bright LEDS. So.... spend a bit of time with Bryce 3D modelling and came up with a few views of what it should look like.
So... that looked OK... ordered myself a system board, and a box of
assorted bits and pieces and started cutting. Progress so far...

A few more parts built, the side panels cut to size and things fitted in
to check for size, I think it's going to work... :-)
Dont worry about the gaps and bits that aren't quite straight, it's only sitting in place
at the moment.
OK.. here's the 'completed' project.
So.. how does it perform? Pretty damn good.OK so it's not a rip roaring 3D game playing monster, but it's not supposed to be. DVD's play fine, and DIVX movies are sweet as well. Of course Internet and MP3 work fine, and normal programs like Office and Corel Draw run normally.
So... what next....?
