  2. Save as HTML Document to Drive A:
  3. Change Headings:
    1. Main to h1
    2. Objectives h2
      1. Make Objectives a bookmark
    3. Rest as going along
    4. Put a line between objectives and instruction to follow
  4. Map the topics into the objectives
    1. Add the "thumbnail Image to the Chapter
      • Click place to put it
      • Click picture
      • Click Browse
      • Click A:f1-2t.jpg
      • Change alignment from default to abscenter
    2. Link to the Larger image.
      • Click link
      • Browse
      • All files
      • A:f1-2.jpg
