Web Guide Systems

We have put together several packages of Web Guidance Systems.

Our systems utilize Servo motors and Controllers thus eliminate the old Synchronous/Stepper Slo-Syn motors.
By doing so, we have added precision to the Guidance system that can keep up with the most demanding applications. We also can put together a less expensive package that uses stepper Motors and Boards that
will give you the precision you need to run your application. The big difference is that the new stepper controllers are controlled from the PLC and not from their own proprietary PC boards.Plus, if you ever have to replace one, the only setup you will need to do is a couple of dip switches and nothing more, the PLC will do the rest.

We utilize zero backlash gearboxes and adaptors.
Our systems can be locally or remotely controlled and interfaced with the press if need be.
The system can be optimized and controlled via touch/key panels.

The sensors are the quick disconnect type to aid in maintenance and replacement as well as reduce the downtime.
Move the sensors to one side and you have absolute control of one side down to as close together as you can adjust the Web Detection sensors (±5mm).

Either Servos or Steppers, the response is quick and not even noticeable, therefore providing maximum control and positioning of the web.

We have worked with Allen Bradley, Siemens, PLC Direct and Pacific Scientific motors and products and we also utilize the above mentioned hardware with our our packages.

Though, we can build a system that will utilize your preferred vendor's line of products.
