We have worked with numerous local outfits. Due to confidentiality agreements we cannot display any
visual images on here. Though we can give you a vague description of what the projects were without going into
details. Rotary Dial indexing, Intermintent motion, Continious Motion & process control are some of the projects.

A project involved Pneumatic Servo Control from Festo, though we are not a big fan of it due to Air Supply restriction and inconsinstacies. Rotary was done in several projects using servo motor (indexers) since the speeds were not high and a Motion Controller was expensive and it would have been an overkill.

Continious Motion projects were the most challenging ones since the speeds are high and consistancy and repeatability must be there at all costs. We have utilized Motion Controllers as well as PC Based Motion Controllers and software. Siemens Simotion, Allen Bradley Control Logix with Kinetix Drives as well as Siemens S7-300 PLC's with Siemens Masterdrives with the technology option and Yaskawa Motion Controllers and drives.

Most of the projects mentioned above were custom machines a few were also concept machines that went to production shortly after the prototypes were built. Filling machines, Labeling machines, Pick"n"Place, Loaders and Unloaders, Palletizers, to mention a few.
