When I was in first I was full of joy and very glad In second, I was a little bummed but not very bad Third, I begin to think and begin to worry Fourth, the pressure increase as I drop in a hurry Fifth, At least I am still in the top five Sixth, I'm too far down I'm not staying alive Dropping into seventh, I pretty much know I'm gone Lowering to eigth, I knew it would happen all along Sinking into ninth, there's no chance to try for me And last is worst of all because I knew it would be Now you know how it is to fall from the top You can go from top to bottom in just one hop So watch yourself if you feel yourself sinking Pull in your heart quickly without even thinking Don't get snagged on the plants of sorrow Or it will rersult in needing a shoulder to borrow This is all fair warning to all who listen to it But you can just listen or you can just do it
