The problem

We are given the angle ALBMC with unavailable vertex B.

The point D inside the angle is at distances DE and DF from the sides AELB and CFMB respectively.

Construct the distance DB from point D to vertex B
(that is construct the line segment equal to DB )

The quadrangle DEBN is cyclic.
