This show is much livelier than the previous concerts on this tour and the audience/group interaction almost rivals that of the 1971 Japanese shows. Plant’s voice is also in considerably better shape than in the first shows of the tour¾he’s in fine form for 'Over the Hills and Far Away' and ‘Since I’ve Been Loving You.’ A great ‘Dazed and Confused’ includes some dramatic chord changes and amazing playing overall from Page, in addition to a strange bit of 'The Crunge'; this show also has what was probably the only appearance of ‘Moby Dick’ between the U. S. tours of 1972-73. The ‘Whole Lotta Love’ medley is probably the best part of the show and very long—the ‘Boogie Woogie’ section is skipped this time (very unusual) and a number of infrequently played songs follow instead, including ‘Lawdy Miss Clawdy.’ The encore, believe it or not, is a very entertaining and long ‘Stand by Me,’ followed by the stomping ‘Immigrant Song.’
