A great live BBC show with the sound quality similar to the July 16, 1970 performance. ‘Fat Old Sun’ is one of the best-ever versions, with the band very tight and an excellent Gilmour solo. This show has what may have been the premier version of ‘One of These Days’—"Nick Mason’s vocal debut" is mentioned and the "One of these days I’m going to cut you into little pieces" line is heard at the very end of the song after being barely audible in its usual place. ‘Echoes’ is very similar to the album version and completely amazing, despite some continued confusion with the lyrics. Both ‘The Embryo’ and ‘Blues’ are rarities not found on most bootlegs of this show -   'The Embryo' is actually very similar to the 1970 performance on this same show, unlike the now-expanded 'Fat Old Sun.' As usual with the BBC material, a must for any live Floyd fan.
