PLANETARY GEAR BOXES FOR CONCRETE MIXER TRUCK

DESCRIPTION

The planetary gear boxes CPFR 38, PMBZ 50 and PMBZ 60 are used for driving of bowl for concrete mixer trucks. The gear axis is diverted by 10 or 15 degree parallel surfaces used for fixing to the base and water tank mounting. The mixer bowl is mounted directly to the driving flange on the gear which this way transfers the axial force from the bowl. On the motor flange there is an output for a water pump drive optionally.

PLANETARY GEAR BOXES CPRF 38.1, CPRF 38.2

The gaer boxes are manufactured according to adapted documentation of SAUER-SUNDSTRAND Co. with the same connection dimensions.
Gear box axis is 15 degree deflected from parallel surfaces determined for instalacion the foundation and connection of water tank to secure the proper fuction of the truck mixer.
Mixer drum is mounted directly to the driving flange gear box which thus transfers also the drum axial force. For the gear box drive we recommend to use axial piston motor SERIES 20, model MK 056/20 or MK 070/20.
