This set of dates isn't a single tour, per se. The first three dates seem to correspond (loosely) with the August 24th release of "William, It Was Really Nothing." The second mini-tour of Ireland starts the same day that the compelation "Hatful of Hollow" is released. It seems that these dates were set up to promote that album.
This is actually a pattern with the Smiths. They will typically play some shows in Scotland and Ireland on the tours to support their major releases. However, their Irish/Scotish tours seem to happen during the in-between periods. Most often, these shows include the best songs from the last tour and brand new songs which no one has heard yet (and are subsequently released on the next album.) This particular period includes new songs like: I Want The One I Can't Have, What She Said, and many other classics from "Meat Is Murder"
