A club for junior gamers who like playing Games Workshop games
Earby might be the capitol of the wargaming world, there are three clubs in the town and plenty more in the surrounding area. However most clubs are for adults and do not welcome children. The Junior Adventurers Guild is for younger gamers to get a taste of wargaming, playing the popular Games Workshop series of games. These are available in most large towns and will be discussed at school, making it a hobby suitable for young people. The advantage of these games is that they involve people, rather than computer games which tend to be played on your own. The hobby can also involve; collecting figures, painting and learning about the armies. At the least the children get a good evenings gaming and at the best they will get involved in a hobby in which they can develop a number of practical skills.
