All India Mushaira
In Memory of late Dr. Zaheer Tishna

The All India Mushaira at Sherghati , was one of the biggest event of its kind in the history of "Dist Gaya". It was organized at Sherghati Stadium by "Bazm-e-Tishna".
It served as the releasing ceremony for the second edition of " Dil toot gaya lekin" by late Dr. Zaheer Tishna and "Darde Jigar" by Janab Seraj Shamsi his long time companion and fellow poet. He is late Dr. Zaheer 's best friend and this is apparaent by the fact that Mr. Seraj's own book " Darde Jigar" has been dedicated to Late Dr. Zaheer Quadri. This Mushaira also marked the release of an audio cassette comprising of some selected Gazals by him. The Mushaira had some renowned poets participating notable among them are Dr. Rahat Indori , Munnuwar Rana, Rehana Nawab, Ana dehlvi, Habib Hashmi , Rais Ahmad and many more.
