At this point, it was created simply because our friends just finished building their appartment house in Zaton, near Zadar... a perfect place for holidays, whether you seek some peace and wilderness or you want to enjoy all touristic attraction this part of Adriatic coast offers... the choice is yours... we are only here to see you smile once you discover this beauty...

Now, this is a short tour through this beautiful appatment house, with two 4-beds appartments (one of which has a wheelchair access) and one 6-beds appartment with bathroom and fridge in each room so it can be rented as rooms with use of kitchen as well. Well... don't be shy, take a look :-)

The beach is mainly sandy and is suitable far all swimmers... kids just love it... There is also a natural shaddow under the pine trees where you can hide from the sun at noon...
or simply... take a nap??? :-)

There are three double bedrooms in the appartment on the first floor, each has it's own bathroom, balcony and a small fridge. The kitchen in front is quite big and can be used by more than 6 people. Rooms can be rented separately with the use of kitchen... off course... ;-)

Due to large interest for appartment rental among families with children, one of the three rooms has separate beds that can be,

connected...
