Desktop Horizon is a pay to surf company that will pay you 50 points per hour up to 40 hours per month to run a small banner ad on your computer while you are online. The points can be used to buy products or you can trade them for cash. Desktop Horizon will also pay you for any referrals brought to the company down 5 levels. As with all of the pay to surf companies, Desktop Horizon will never charge you anything. It is now January 2000 and they are beta testing the software but expect it to be released very soon.
