Opening a new INTGold
Account:
A. First go to the
INTGold site (https://intgold.com/m/i/61608
) by either using a
referrer link above or by going directly to the INTGold
site.
B. Then click the button on the left hand
side of the site that says "Open Account". You will then be
taken to a page that says "Open Account".
C. Fill in all the required information.
Make sure you choose the type of account you want from the
drop down menu ("Cash" or "Gold") ** see below.Read and put a
check in the box that you agree to the members agreement,
designate your password then click the "Submit Form"
button.
D. You will then be taken to a page that
says "Thank You for joining
INTGold" however you are not
finished with the sign-up process yet.
E. Print out this page or copy the
information down & put it in a safe
place for future use. Make sure at this
point you also copy you referrer web URL at the top
down.
F. Then click the button on
the left that says "Log In". You will then be taken to a page
that says "Members Log In" at the
top.
G. Go to the second box on the
page that says "Log In to access your
account". First enter
the code (which is case sensitive) your new account # and your
password.
H. Then click the log in
button. You will be taken to a page that asks you to designate
a secondary password (Make sure you
write this down and keep it in a
safe place). Your secondary password will never be
e-mailed to you. If you forget it you will have to contact
the office at the # listed below to obtain it. You will also
be asked to designate two (2) security questions &
answers, again make sure to write these down. These questions
are used for future security purposes to verify acount
holders.

INTGold puts
it's best efforts forth to accomadate all account holders. We
started the option of funding your INTGold account via direct
cash deposit into Bank of America to provide an expidient cost
effective method for your benefit. However we have had
many account holders that have received inaccurate information
& instructions from third parties other than INTGold which
have caused a complete overload in our customer service area.
In the event INTGold instructions as it relates to funding
your INTGold account via Bank of America are not followed
completely, we will be forced to stop allowing our account
holders to use this method. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY anyone not
following the process outlined below will cause your
request to be placed on hold & processed
when extra staff time is
available.
INTGold cannot
process direct deposits in Bank of America without all account
holders utilizing this process following the exact directions
as outlined
below:
1. All
deposit's into the Bank of America must be in "Cash" US Funds. (NO CHECKS - MONEY ORDERS
- CREDIT CARD CHECKS -
ETC.)
2. (DO
NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FOLLOW ANYONE ELSE'S DIRECTION'S OTHER
THAN THIS INTGOLD
E-MAIL)
3. Once
the deposit is made, send the appropriate information to
INTGold as outlined in the instructions below.(MAKE SURE YOU
SEND ALL REQUESTED
INFORMATION)
4. As with all transactions relating to funding accounts
please allow a 24 Hour processing time not including holidays
or weekends for your account to receive the appropriate credit
once funds are received by INTGold. (DO NOT CALL THE INTGOLD
OFFICE UNLESS 24 BUSINESS HOURS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE
SENDING OF YOUR DEPOSIT VERIFICATION FOR BANK OF AMERICA EMAIL

Proceedures
For Cash Deposit at Bank of
America:
When you do a
cash deposit at a Bank of America it is just like you doing
a deposit into
your own checking account. The time it takes to get into
your INTGold
account varies. We are on CST and you have to remember that
you must make the
deposit and send the e-mail to admin as soon after as
possible, then
one of our office staff will need to verify the funds have
been deposited into
INTGold's account and
your
account
will be funded.
Bank Cash Deposit: Simply go into
any Bank of America, get an Out of State checking account
deposit slip fill in the information as listed
below.

Once the deposit is made send an e-mail to
admin@intgold.com
with the dollar amount of your deposit, Your name as it
appears on your INTGold account, your INTGold
Acct.#, the date & the Bank account # that you deposited
the funds into as listed above and your account will be
funded. The fee for funding your INTGold account using this
method is the lessor of 1% or
.50 (Example: $100. cash deposit in Bank of America,
would net
you $99.50 into your INTGold
account)

Most deposit's of cash are credited very quickly as
long as they are received at the bank & the bank is still
on on that days
business. However as with all transactions relating to funding accounts
please allow a 24 Hour processing time not including holidays
or weekends for your account to receive the appropriate credit
once funds are received by INTGold. (DO NOT CALL THE INTGOLD
OFFICE UNLESS 24 BUSINESS HOURS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE
SENDING OF YOUR DEPOSIT VERIFICATION FOR BANK OF AMERICA EMAIL
TO
INTGOLD)
Below is a list of additional methods of funding
your account:
a. You may send a Cashiers
Check or Money Order in US Funds to either address listed
below in the "Main offices & mailing address". You
can send the funds via regular, priority mail or via Fedex.
Fedex being the quickest method. If you send funds via regular
mail their are no assurances when they will be received. (In
other words, if you mailed a letter previously and it got
their in 2 or 3 days that does in no way mean that every
letter will get there in the same time frame. We have no
control over the mail system.) Only priority mail or Fedex can
be tracted. Make sure when you send funds using either of
these methods you include the name as it's listed on the
INTGold account to be funded and the account #. It is also
recommended to send an
e-mail to the admin address listed
below with the following information:
Name of acccount to
be funded, INTGold account #, dollar amount and date sent**.
You will be charged the lesser of 1% or .50 to fund your
INTGold account ( Say you wanted to fund your account with
$100., you would need to send $100.50 to receive a $100.00
credit into your account.) **As with all transactions relating
to funding accounts please allow a 24 Hour processing time not
including holidays or weekends for your account to receive the
appropriate credit, once funds are received by
INTGold.
b. You may also fund your INTGold
account with e-gold by following these steps: Go to the
INTGold web site, click on the button entitled "Acct.
Funding". You will then be taken to a page entitled "INTGold
Account Funding Options" go to the very bottom of this page
and you will see a box that says "Exchange E-Gold". Fill in
the dollar amount (example 100.00 Not $100.00 no $ signs) then
click the submit button. You will the be taken to "e-gold
Payment Order Form". At that page you will see that you are
paying INTGold, Account # "527789" and the $ amount. If you
ever see something different that this on this page, STOP and
send an e-mail to INTGold admin. Do not spend your funds. In
the memo section put your name (or the name of the account you
are funding) and your INTGold # where you want the funds
credited to. Enter your e-gold account # and passphrase
followed by the turning number, then press the preview button.
Preview the spend to make sure it is correct then submit the
spend. To insure you receive appropriate credit in your
INTGold account send an e-mail to the admin e-mail address
listed below with your name (or the name of the account you
are funding) and your INTGold # where you want the funds
credited to, your e-gold batch & account # and the dollar
amount of funds transfered**. You will be charged the lesser
of 1% or .50 to fund your INTGold account ( Say you wanted to
fund your account with $100., you would need to send $100.50
to receive a $100.00 credit into your account.)

c. You
may also want to use one of the many exchangers listed on
the
INTGold site to fund your account. An exchanger is a
person or company who for a fee exchanges cash, credit cards
and a variety of other items (ie other digital or
e-currencies) into the type of currency requested by an
individual or company. Just remember each exchanger listed on
the site is an independently owned and operated business that
is authorized to carry INTGold. They each have their own sets
of policies, procedures, fee's and funding methods they follow
to meet their market demand. We have tried based upon input
from the exchangers to list their areas of funding that they
most commonly do, you can review the list by category by
clicking on the button on the INTGold site entitled
"Acct. Funding". You should do your own due dilgence to
determine which exchanger will best fit your current
needs
relating to funding options. You will normally go to
an exchanger's site & after reviewing their information
you decide that you wish to fund your INTGold account, you
would select either buy gold or InExchange and select INTGold
as the type of gold you which to buy & your selected
method of payment to purchase gold. If you have any questions
relating to their process, please contact them via phone or
e-mail, based on the contact information on the
site**.
**Just remember to always fill out
information and forms completely do not leave any blank
spaces, always follow up your funding request with an e-mail
or phone call to insure the appropriate information was
received. Include all your information as well as $ (dollar)
amounts and account numbers associated with the transaction.
The single item that causes most account holders to not get
funded in a timely manner is a lack of information or
follow-up when additional information is needed. So when you
are funding your INTGold account, no matter which method you
use, take your time and try to get it done correctly the
first time and follow-up to ensure theprocess is
completed in a timely fashion.
Using your INTGold
Account:
Okay now
you have a new INTGold account how do you use it? As stated
above in opening a new account, you must first log in to your
back office:
a. Go to the INTGold web
site, click the button on the left that says "Log In". You
will then be take to a page that says "Members Log In" at the
top.
b. Go to the second box on the page that
says "Log In to access your
account". First enter the code
(which is case sensitive) your account # and your
password.
c. Then click the log in button. You will
be taken to a page that say's
"Member's Area" Their are
several button's in your back room that perform a variety of
functions.
d. "Home" - Shows the current price
of gold per gram (if you have a gold account) Last log in
information - As well as failed log in
attempts.
e. "Acct. Balance" - Show's your account
profile - currrent balance in your account & misc.
information.
f. "History" - Show's your history of
debit's & credit's to your account, including the name
& account # of people that paid you (credit) or people you
have paid (debit)
g. "Subscription History" - Show's your
subscription history from others (pd to you) or to others
(paid from you) also allows you to cancel a current
subscription.
h. "Banners" - Has a banner with your
account # in it for advertising
INTGold to obtain new
account holders of which you receive transaction
commission's
i. "Edit User" - Allow's you to edit your
personal information ( all
information except secondary
password, this is done by phone only)
j. "Batch Pay" - Allow's you to pay up to
50 different account holder's at one time (Very easy
process)
k. "Acct. Funding" - Menu of account
funding methods by category to assist in helping you fund your
account.
l. "Withdraw" - Allow's you several options
of withdrawing fund's from your INTGold account. A simple drop
down menu to choose your method.
m. "Transfer" - Allow's you a quick method
of transferring INTGold funds to another account holder. This
transcation is done in real time.
n. "Generate Shopping Cart" - Allow's you
to create your own shopping cart code to receive payments from
INTGold on your web site. Several examples to
help.
o. "Subscription Shop. Cart Code" - Allow's
you to create your own
subscription code for daily, weekly
& monthly etc. recurring spends for your product or
service.
Withdrawing Fund's your INTGold
Account:
Now I have funds
in my INTGold account how do get them out?
You
have several options to withdraw funds from your INTGold
account. Many people ask which is the quickest and most easy
method? Their are several answers to this question but lets
start by going over some of the most direct
ones.
a. Go to the INTGold
web site, click the button on the left that says "Log In". You
will then be take to a page that says "Members Log In" at the
top.
b. Go to the second box on the page that
says "Log In to access your
account". First enter the code
(which is case sensitive) your account # and your
password.
c. Then click the log in button. You will
be taken to a page that say's
"Member's Area". Just click
on the button that say's "Withdraw".
d. You will then be taken to a page that
say's "Withdraw from INTGold".Smiply select you option from
the drop down menu of how you want to receiveyour
funds.
e. Then place the amount you would like to
withdraw (never use $ or , )
(Example to withdraw
one-thousand dollars: correct: 1000.00 - not correct:
$1,000.00 )
f. Click on the submitt button,
you will then be taken to a page that
say's Account
Funding. It will say you are paying INTGold Company ID:
10000.
g. It will also show the amount to
transfer. If you ever see something
different that this on
this page, STOP and send an e-mail or call INTGold admin. Do
not spend your funds.
h. If everything is correct enter your
account account # and password & click the Transfer Funds
button. You will then be taken to a page that shows your
current balance, who you are paying the funds to, and the
dollar amount of the transfer. If all this is correct you must
then enter your secondary password and click
verify.
i. You will then be taken to a page that
say's your current balance, who
you are paying and the
amount you are paying. Just click the "transfer
funds"
button.
j. You will then be taken to a page that
say's "You have successfully
transferred (amount) to
INTGold Company id:, Your Transaction id
is:
1111111111.
k. It is VERY
IMPORTANT to understand you are not yet finished with
your transaction yet you must now click on the" Continue "button.**
l. You will then be taken
to a page that say's "Withdraw from INTGold (to the option you
selected). Fill in the form completely then press
the
"submit" button.
m. You will then be taken to a page that say's
"Your order was submitted successfully! A copy has been sent
to your email address."
n. You will then receive a confirmation
e-mail with all the information you submitted, if you do not
receive a e-mail or you are not taken to the final window as
stated above, contact INTGold admin with the details of your
withdraw immediately via e-mail or
phone.
**Just remember to always
