Knots and More Knots
  These awards were created or used by local Councils to recognize their membership in areas consistanent with National programs. Wearing of these knots shoulud be done after consulting with your Council Scout Executive or his or her designee. These are NOT official BSA Knots, and are shown here only as illustratio of what your Council may do to recognize Scouts. Explorers and Scouteers in ways that are in line with the Naional programming or options. Some of these, such as the Eagle, Scouter Trainning, Scouter Key and Silver Beaver were official untion 1980 (white, green & Blue) The White Quartermaster is still used.
