Tournament Director Responsibilities

Supplies:
7:00: Setup Tables, Make Coffee
7:20: Scoreboards, Open Pits.
7:40: Chairs for Scorekeepers
7:45: 3 Gallons Water in 5 Gal. Jug.
7:47: Add Juice mix to 3 Gallons of water earlier. (Mix Well)
7:50: Add Ice to make 4 Gallons Icewater+Juice.
8:00: **Person with Donuts Arrives**
8:15: **Stat Persons Set-up and Begin work.
8:30: **Person with Ice arrives. Adds to Juice for 4 Gallons.
8:30: **100 Shoe Tally for Newcomers**
8:40: Grievance Committee formed.
8:45: Tournament Director completes personell Assignments.
9:00: Warm-up
9:00: Raffle Sales Begin.
9:25: Warning for Sign-ups closing
9:30: Sign-in Closes.
9:45: Director solicits any agenda items.
9:50: Director's Welcome
