THE SHOE BOXI'm not really familiar with this rock as it is mostly boulder problems and maybe some short top ropes or trad climbs. I did solo "A Certain Flare" but when I heard the grade, got scared and won't do it again. There is a heap of solution pockets on the north side and on Fire Place Rock right next to it but haven't really discovered a good route through them. From the parking area, walk toward the valley to the Fireplace, turn right and follow the trail into the flat open area. The Shoe Box is the first rock on the right as you enter.
