If you are thinking of getting some clipless pedals for mountain biking, these are the ones! They have a large platform so you still have leverage if you don't get clicked in, but that hardly ever happens because the cleat grabber(whatever?) is angled slightly so that the pedals are like a magnet pulling you in. Before these I had Onzas and I thought I was useless- now I know it was the Onzas that were useless.
